Road Reconstruction

Repair of the entrance road to the top of the hill was completed in 2018, along with the repair of a damaged culvert running between the top and bottom roads and a collapsed culvert on the bottom road.

In 2019, further repairs were carried out on 295 feet of the bottom road in three sections including the replacement of the northern culvert and work to protect the southern culvert replaced in 2018. No further road repairs are envisaged for the next 2-3 years.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind owners who have not yet paid their current and overdue fees that the Board is continuing to pursue all fees, including taking legal action. Maintaining the roads is a collective responsibility for all owners whether resident or not and it is unfair on the majority who pay that a minority do not.
