Covenant for Each Property
Each owner should have a copy of their property covenant. The Association does not keep a copy for each property. If you do not have your covenant, this should be available from the Registry Office in St.George’s. The covenant must accompany any planning application.
The Association wishes to advise, that consequent upon the above documents, it has all rights to enforce the covenants and restrictions affecting the New Westerhall Point Development, including the covenants relating to fees, assessments, charges, and site construction. It is the intention of the Association to fully carry out the mandate assigned to it, for the overall benefit of the Development and its members. Dogs should be controlled within a fenced area. The Association has retained lawyers, Samuel Phillip & Associates. The Association relies on their opinions to manage legal issues including the adherence to covenants.
