Financial/Fees
All members have an obligation under the covenants to pay annual fees to the Association.
This is the only source of funding for the Association to carry out its ongoing obligations to maintain the roads, verges and landscaping, and to provide security measures for residents. It also builds a contingency fund for major capital expenditure projects. Road reconstruction is an essential ongoing project.
The Association does not pay any fees to Board or Committee members.
The Association has retained lawyers, Samuel Phillip & Associates. The Association relies on their opinions in the legal recovery of unpaid dues.
Annual Fees
Undeveloped Lot: EC$ 600.00
Dues are payable within 6 weeks after the annual fee letter is sent to owners. Any dues unpaid after this date will be subject to a penalty of 10%.
Construction Fees
50% Payable when the plans are submitted to the Association for approval
50% Payable before construction starts
10% penalty for any fees unpaid 2 months after the above due dates.
Payment Details
Please make payable to New Westerhall Point Residents’ Association or NWPRA.
They can either be handed to the Treasurer, a Board member, or mailed to:

Payments can be made directly to Republic Bank Grenada Limited, Account No. 960803009133.
Please include your name and Lot No. as a reference.
Please also email the association to confirm you have made a bank payment or transfer with the confirmation number.
Financial Reports
Financial Reports are produced for each calendar year and are available at the AGM.
